Hello Members,
How are you all doing? I hope that you all are having a great day.
We live in a complex world that is pulling us this way and that way. So, we are always stress and tired from working. However, we have to get up every day to face the world and journey down the unwinding road to our destinations without a break. Plus, their is not escaping we are constantly been pages, called, faxed, emailed, evited, invited, or/and flying across the planet for a meeting or a business trip. It is true that technology was suppose to make our lives easier, but we do not get a break from the constant work load of life and job.
So this is tip # 6; think of a place that you wish you were at and just meditate about the place where you wish you were at to get your sanity back. Or go home after work soak in the tub with your favorite scented oil, bubble bath, and some bath salt believe me it is just like heaven. I do it every week and when the world just will not leave me alone, I find a hiding place where I know no body will find me, and I just disappear.
